We’ve seen an uptick in people looking to sell their carryback mortgages. It’s just a fact that some people are hurting in today’s economy. Those investors with cash on hand are able to buy these investments for much less than just a few years ago. Which means a higher interest rate earned on your investment. It’s interesting to see how the stock market has gained virtually no ground over the past ten years!  That is 0% gain in 10 years on your money!  Now granted these figures are only relating to the dow as a whole, but still that is amazing!  Whereas people investing in Seller Carry back mortgages, can easily earn 10% a year on their money, or More!
